Hi, I’m Mariano!
founder of SendaWorks.
I built SendaWorks because I’ve seen what happens when companies grow faster than their structure. Teams work hard and leaders care deeply, but operations become heavy, unclear, and emotionally expensive. Priorities compete, roles blur, and important knowledge lives in people’s heads. Little by little, execution slows down.
That’s the kind of complexity I help untangle.
Through SendaWorks, I work with leaders and teams to understand how the business actually runs, identify where friction is building, and create the structure needed for execution to move again. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, program management, and process design, but what I really do is simpler: I help bring order to complexity.
Over the years I’ve worked across global technology companies and operational environments where cross-functional alignment and clear execution were critical. That experience shaped how I work today: practical, structured, deeply human, and focused on momentum.
My goal isn’t just to make companies more efficient. It’s to reduce operational anxiety and help leaders feel hopeful about the future again. Because when a company has clarity, people move differently. Decisions get easier. Teams align. Energy returns. Growth stops feeling chaotic and starts feeling possible.
From chaos to clarity.
From stress to structure.
From friction to forward motion.
